'Mourn'

My musical project this year is called Life Through Loss.

In it I explore the complex nature of grief.

Grief is not a simple thing and because we don't talk about it much, there are many people out there who don't understand.

Life Through Loss is an album in which I consider grief from many different angles. In some pieces, such as last month's single 'Concrete Bunks', there's a comforting warmth and an eerie beauty.

In pieces like 'Mourn', which came out yesterday, the interweaving minor key arpeggios express the full tragedy of loss.
